| The Electrician is responsible for a variety of tasks, requiring highly skilled abilities in maintaining Arizona Army National Guard (AZ ARNG) buildings/infrastructure. This position performs facility electrical troubleshooting and repair of all types for the Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) at Camp Navajo and outlying armories. Actively participates in promoting a continuous improvement workplace culture, through the use of teamwork, root cause problem solving, standard operating procedures, and review of performance metrics. |

BUILDING MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

| The Building Maintenance Specialist (BMS) performs maintenance tasks that require the application of highly skilled abilities in maintaining and repairing buildings and related utility service systems to include building and grounds maintenance, plumbing, commercial electrical, carpentry, and industrial HVAC. Incumbent shall perform work with limited supervision from the 162nd Physical Plant Supervisor (PPS I). The incumbent shall participate independently or as a team while maintaining facilities under the care of the Arizona Air National Guard (AZ ANG) 162nd Civil Engineering Squadron. Incumbent assures all work is in compliance with state and federal codes; performs all assigned tasks within the established guidelines and instructions, adheres to established safety rules/procedures, ensures work is compliant with all applicable safety codes. Incumbent will be required to take immediate action in emergency situations and is responsible for timely reporting on corrective action.
