This includes directly supervising a team of nurse coordinators, directing and delegating work to staff, training of new employees, conducting one on one and team meetings, and identifying and supporting staff and team goals and professional development. This position will be responsible for health plan compliance reviews and activities, technical assistance provided to health plans and providers, and representing the Agency at various meetings, conferences, and events, as well as representing the MCH/EPSDT unit internally, along with, or in the absence of the manager. |
