Deputy Inspector General	REMOTE OPTIONS, PHOENIX
This is a high level position that reports directly to the AHCCCS OIG Deputy Assistant Director in the Fraud Support and Recovery Section. The position will act as a liaison between AHCCCS OIG, the Unified Program Integrity Contractor (UPIC), the Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) audits, and the Arizona Attorney General's Office. This position will manage the work of the UPIC and the RAC with AHCCCS OIG, and act as the contact for AHCCCS OIG CMS audits. This position will also manage AHCCCS OIG performance and production metrics for the Inspector General. Additionally, the incumbent will supervise the OIG Collection team and manage the AHCCCS OIG collection process.
Customer Service Rep 2	PHOENIX
The Business Services Representative performs journey level customer service activities by performing tasks initiated by the general public through telephone, e-mail, mail, or in-person. The position processes documents for the following items filed with the Secretary of State's office including but not limited to: * Notary Applications, Renewals, Cancellations and Complaints * UCC Filings * Trade Names * Trademarks * Apostilles * Partnerships * Telephonic Sellers * Veterans' Charities * Public Records Requests Position may require the use of discretion when releasing pertinent information; solving difficult customer service complaints/problems; conducting research, compiling information, and analyzing policies and procedures to resolve customer issues. Duties may include periodically adding money receipts and reconciling cash against known figures for verification.

Under direct supervision, the Social Media Intern supports the Arizona Department of Public Safety’s (AZDPS) Communications and Public Affairs Unit in creating, managing, and evaluating content for the Department’s social media platforms. This position offers hands-on experience in digital communications, public information, and community engagement within a law enforcement environment. The intern will assist in promoting public safety awareness, supporting recruitment efforts, and showcasing the Department’s mission to protect human life and property. This classification is designed to provide an educational benefit to students pursuing a career in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations, or a related field. This classification is designated as uncovered; the incumbent serves at the pleasure of the Director of the Department of Public Safety.
