The Division of Office of the General Counsel (OGC) is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Associate General Counsel. This position works collaboratively to provide legal counsel and representation to clients within the Agency. This includes the AHCCCS Director, Deputy Directors, Assistant Directors, and other leadership and staff throughout the Agency. This position has the potential to work from home in a Virtual Office (VO) setting or may Telecommute based on the needs of the unit and at the discretion of leadership.

This role manages the production of custom wood products while designing and delivering vocational training that equips inmates with industry-ready woodworking and soft skills to support successful reentry. As part of this work, you’ll provide hands-on instruction in safe and efficient woodworking practices, mentor participants, and partner with workforce organizations to align training with employment opportunities. You’ll also supervise staff and inmate workers, ensure quality and safety standards, and contribute to innovative production methods.
