The Arizona Department of Administration's General Services Division is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor. This role is responsible for managing the warehouse that supports maintenance and repair operations. Key responsibilities include planning, monitoring, and coordinating the ordering, receipt, and dispatching of parts. The Warehouse Supervisor will utilize the computerized maintenance management system to track and maintain warehouse operations and manage inventory replenishment through the State's procurement system and/or P-card. Additionally, they will audit the inventory to ensure proper and accurate stock levels and the relevancy of items, respond to and update customers on the status of requests, and plan for current and future capacity needs. Producing weekly and monthly reports on warehouse operations is also a crucial part of this role.
- Valid Arizona drivers license
