This position provides administrative support to the Physical Plant Supervisor II (PPSII) for the North region of the Facility Management Office. Duties include assisting with timely, accurate expenditure reports for purchase orders and credit cards; helping develop and implement fiscal policies and business procedures; recommending process improvements; and submitting HR-related documents. Process all purchase order and credit card invoices for payment. Prepares special fiscal reports and studies for the department supervisor and upper management. Oversee Maintenance personnel in the Supervisor’s absence via the Pride Web work order system for urgent and emergency requests. Supports administrative tasks such as payroll and computer-based training submissions, ensuring documents are submitted on time, correctly formatted, and using proper form versions. Promotes a culture of continuous improvement through teamwork, root cause analysis, standard procedures, and performance metrics. |
