Clinical Director Of ACPTC PHOENIX
The Clinical Director may serve as department head in the absence of the hospital Psychology Administrator or as the Acting Director of ACPTC in the absence of the Director of ACPTC. Directs all psychological services provided in the ACPTC; consults with administrators of other disciplines, develops and revises treatment and educational programs; determines and sets goals and requirements; participates in development of policies; serves on a variety of committees; writes reports, memorandums and correspondences.

Under the supervision of a Physical Plant Supervisor, the Refrigeration Mechanic installs, maintains, and repairs the heating, air-conditioning, and ventilation equipment for facilities under the care of the Arizona Army National Guard in the Central region, which include the areas of Phoenix, Buckeye, and Florence. Position will occasionally utilize and supervise inmate labor to assist in maintenance and service functions. May also be required to transport inmates to and from different job sites.
MATERNAL AND FETAL HEALTH PROGRAM MANAGER 3 PHOENIX
This position serves as the program manager for maternal and fetal health initiatives under the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP), advancing strategies to improve health outcomes in rural and Tribal communities across Arizona. The role is responsible for leading the implementation of evidence-based and public health interventions that strengthen maternal and fetal health systems, expand workforce capacity, and improve access to quality care. The position drives alignment with RHTP goals and performance metrics by advancing key initiatives such as Alliance for Innovation on Maternal Health (AIM) bundles, obstetric simulation training, the Arizona Perinatal Psychiatry Access Line (APAL), and perinatal mental health workforce development. This role serves as a subject matter expert and strategic partner, working collaboratively with community partners to build sustainable, high-impact maternal and fetal health systems. The position leverages data, continuous quality improvement (CQI), and cross-sector partnerships to inform program direction, strengthen implementation, and drive measurable improvements in maternal and infant health outcomes. This position is grant-funded for a five-year period. Arizona’s Rural Health Transformation Program is supported by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as a part of a financial assistance award totaling $166,988,955.92, with 100 percent funded by CMS/HHS. This position is responsible for overall management and day to day operations of Arizona's Department of Occupational Safety and Health (ADOSH), which plays an important role in promoting safe and healthy workplace for the workforce in the state. Subject to the control and direction of the Commission and Agency Director, the ADOSH Administrator also established and implements policy and procedure related to the various ADOSH programs, including the Compliance (Inspection) Program, the Consultation Program, the Boiler Inspection Program, the Elevator Inspection Program and the Statistics Program. Some of these programs operate under Federal Grants, the management of which are overseen by the ADOSH Administrator. The ADOSH Administrator is also responsible for ensuring that the State's program is at least as effective as the Federal OSHA Program, which is required under the state plan agreement. In addition to the on-going and day to day responsibilities associated with this responsibility, the ADOSH Administrator is also responsible for working with and communicating directly (and regularly) with stakeholders, employers and employer organizations, and Federal OSHA, working closely with Federal counterparts to ensure that necessary program changes are implemented, that overall division goals are achieved, and that any noted deficiencies are corrected in a timely manner. With both supervisory and direct responsibilities, the responsibilities are varied and complex, requiring extensive knowledge of Arizona and Federal Occupational Safety and Health law, standards, regulations, rules, directives and interpretation, as well as knowledge of the regulatory framework within which these laws exist.
