Under the supervision of the Rental Development Programs Administrator, the Rental Development Programs Manager serves as a team leader and is responsible for working with the rental development team to manage affordable rental development projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and contractual provisions. The Rental Development team distributes approximately $35 million in funds each year for the production of approximately 2,500 units of affordable housing. The Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) is the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) allocating agency for Arizona, and also awards and administers gap funding including State Housing Trust Funds, National Housing Trust Funds, and HOME Investment Partnership Program Funding. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, in Arizona, to include in-office hoteling, based on the department’s business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
LCNC Solutions Intern	PHOENIX

Under the general direction of the DCS Locate and Vital Records Manager, this Statewide Vital Records Coordinator position ensures that the children of Arizona have every chance to be placed with family members, relatives or other responsible parties to protect their safety, stability and permanency. This position reviews, researches and processes vital record requests (birth certificate, death certificate and social security) for DCS Specialists by conducting an in-depth analysis using various resources to obtain vital record documentation.

If assignment is as an ACJIS Compliance Specialist, employee is responsible for performing statewide operations audits, criminal history reporting reviews, security compliance inspections and coordinating user agency network access pertaining to ACJIS. If assignment is as an ACJIS Instructor, employee is responsible for the instruction, coordination, execution and evaluation of statewide training programs. Performs related duties as assigned. This recruitment will be used to establish an 18-month eligibility list to fill current and future vacancies over the life of the list.
