| Under the supervision of the Rental Development Programs Administrator, the Rental Development Programs Manager serves as a team leader and is responsible for working with the rental development team to manage affordable rental development projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and contractual provisions. The Rental Development team distributes approximately $35 million in funds each year for the production of approximately 2,500 units of affordable housing. The Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) is the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) allocating agency for Arizona, and also awards and administers gap funding including State Housing Trust Funds, National Housing Trust Funds, and HOME Investment Partnership Program Funding.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, in Arizona, to include in-office hoteling, based on the department’s business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures. |
