GRANTS TECHNOLOGY COORDINATOR PHOENIX
• The Grants Technology Coordinator provides Grants Management Enterprise (GME) system assistance to both external Local Education Agency (LEA) users and intra-agency Program Area personnel. By working closely with the Program Areas, the Coordinator develops various annual funding applications and other additional resources within the GME system for LEAs to apply and receive funding. • As the system administrator, the Coordinator is responsible for supporting every user on underlying systematic experiences, often working with an outside vendor to meet the resolution needs. In addition to GME, daily service interactions are provided via the Genesys phone system as well as the Help Desk ticketing system. • Occasional in-state and rare out-of-state travel is/may be required for this position. The Arizona Department of Education currently utilizes a hybrid work environment, with up to two days of remote work (contingent upon business needs). Candidates should apply with an ability and willingness to work in-office up to five days per week as business needs necessitate.

The Building Maintenance Specialist (BMS) performs maintenance tasks that require the application of highly skilled abilities in maintaining and repairing buildings and related utility service systems to include; building and grounds maintenance, plumbing, commercial electrical, carpentry, and industrial HVAC. Incumbent shall perform work with limited supervision and participate independently or as a team while maintaining facilities under the care of the Arizona Air National Guard (AZ ANG) 162nd Civil Engineering Squadron. This position assures all work is in compliance with state and federal codes; performs all assigned tasks within the established guidelines and instructions, adheres to established safety rules/procedures, ensures work is compliant with all applicable safety codes. Additionally, this position is required to take immediate action in emergency situations and is responsible for timely reporting on corrective action.
