Regulatory Affairs Performance Administrator REMOTE OPTIONS, PHOENIX
This position effectively and efficiently works at a senior level and drives the federal and state implementation of H.R.1 – the One Big Beautiful Bill Act - and subsequent major federal and state directives including federal legislation for AHCCCS, which is the state agency for Medicaid in Arizona. This position is involved in most areas of the agency’s work, including budgeting, staff resourcing needs, significant IT system changes, implementation and operations of federal regulation and CMS Waiver programs, industry and efficiency advances for improved agency performance, data insights and analysis, policy and legal compliance, communications, stakeholder engagement and more. This position needs to be nimble as federal and state directives emerge and able to successfully work with vendor partners, develop response plans and the agency ’s and ensure timely implementation within available resources. The Regulatory Affairs Performance Administrator reports directly to the Deputy Director of Community Engagement & Regulatory Affairs and maintains a close working relationship with the agency's leadership team.

The Arizona State Treasures Office Banking Division is responsible for overseeing the State’s bank accounts by reconciling and analyzing bank statements and recording adjustments. The Division also finds banking solutions for State agencies with merchant services and depositing needs. The Division also processes and records journal entries for incoming and outgoing wires and ACH transactions, credit card transactions, and other banking items that affect the bank accounts. In conjunction with internal journals, the Division uses the Arizona Financial Information System to reconcile several balance sheet accounts.
Lab Technician PHOENIX
This position provides critical support to the Newborn Screening (NBS) Program by ensuring accurate data management, specimen processing, and laboratory operations. The incumbent is responsible for entering and verifying patient and specimen information in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to maintain data integrity, and for receiving, accessioning, and preparing dried blood spot (DBS) specimens for testing. Additional responsibilities include performing routine preventive maintenance on laboratory instruments, managing laboratory supplies and inventory, maintaining accurate records and preparing laboratory reports for healthcare providers, and assisting submitters with access to screening results via the Secure Remote Viewer system. This role ensures timely and accurate newborn screening, supporting early detection of serious genetic and metabolic disorders and contributing directly to the health of newborns across the state. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to quality and safety standards, and the ability to work collaboratively with laboratory and program teams.
