| This position is responsible for providing support services including, but not limited to, maintaining all equipment and materials, coordinating meetings and all facilities requests. This position will collaborate with Assistant State Registrar & Chief in a variety of business management functions of the Bureau including but not limited to initiating requisitions, researching and resolving vendor issues, facilitating travel needs and reimbursements. This position will complete all requirements with fixed assets and equipment inventory for the BVR. This position will be responsible for entering all purchase order requisitions into the Document Request System (DRS) and tracking the workflow on all Bureau requests through the DRS and the Arizona Buyer Portal (APP). This position will receive all county orders for security paper and will submit all orders, track the request and enter all necessary information on the Certified Paper Reimbursement Tracker in order for Finance to track revenue and Accounts Receivable to invoice.
This position will be responsible for setting up all administrative functions necessary for all new hires. This includes but is not limited to, access to all necessary inboxes, ensure badge request is submitted, obtained and operational, set up for the Genesys phone system. This position will be the main point of contact for all vehicle reservations for the Bureau and other programs that are seeking to reserve the use of the Vital Records vehicle.
This position will be responsible for tracking all contracts, agreements and memorandums of understanding that are under the purview of the Bureau. This position will work closely with the ASR & Chief and Deputy Bureau Chief to ensure Vital Records documents are current, identify those that need to be updated and submit amendments and new requests into the Procurement Request System. |

| The Compliance Manager is responsible for required regulatory support functions for the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) manufactured housing and factory-built building industries in Arizona. The regulation of the manufactured housing industry derives from the U.S. Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Manufactured Housing while Arizona Statutes and Rules govern the factory-built building industry.
This position directs and oversees support for all ADOH/Office of Manufactured Housing licensees including manufacturers, dealers, installers, and salespersons. This includes the management of all new and renewed license applications and ongoing administrative updates.
Other duties as assigned as related to the position.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, in Arizona, to include in-office hoteling, based on the department’s business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures. |

SENIOR COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR

| Reporting to the Compliance Program Manager, the Senior Compliance Coordinator completes compliance related duties and will play a lead role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF), State Housing Trust Fund (SHTF), Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), HOME Investment Partnership American Rescue Plan Program (HOME-ARP), SFRF, and Section 811 Project Rental Assistance (PRA) properties maintained and monitored by the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH). This position primarily oversees Initial (Close-Out), Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Site Visit audits and manages the Compliance Division's Annual Reporting Process. The successful candidate will also perform select site visits, coordinate division scheduling, and serve as reliable backup for all compliance activities, contributing to the stability and effectiveness of the compliance program. Duties include frequent travel and site visits within Arizona and occasional out-of-state travel for trainings. Other duties as assigned.
