Sr/Lead Apps Developer PHOENIX
This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining software applications at the Arizona Department of State. This position will be responsible for the day to day up keep of multiple applications including issue resolution and defects. This role will analyze, debug and resolves defects in applications. This role supports production systems and resolves production issues in a timely manager and resolves end user service requests as assigned. This role will engage with business users and other internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and contributes to the completion of documentation like technical documentation and functional specifications. This role will be responsible for new development to meet functional and technical design following SDLC best practices. This role will be responsible for improving existing code and contributing to the architectural design discussions.
CONSTRUCTION/CONDEMNATION ATTORNEY/ASSISTANT ATTORNEY GENERAL PHOENIX
While the position's working title is "Construction Condemnation Attorney", the attorney will actually provide legal services and advice to the Department of Transportation on a wide variety of issues as assigned. The attorney will be responsible for handling all phases of complex litigation involving real property acquisition and construction contract disputes. Additional matters will include, but are not limited to, relocation issues, encroachments and other right-of-way issues, interpretation of any statutory intergovernmental agreements, interagency service agreements, property management issues, interpretation of any statutory of regulatory provisions relevant to ADOT activities, and review of proposed legislation or administrative rules. The attorney may also be asked to provide legal advice and representation on a variety of topics to ADOT's Motor Vehicle Division, Aeronautics Division, and various statutorily created boards and commissions.

The position is responsible for calculating several hospital funding distributions and for numerous AHCCCS reporting requirements related to hospital reimbursement, profitability, and the assessment on Arizona hospitals established in Laws 2013, First Special Session, Chapter 10 and Laws 2020, First Session, Chapter 46. This position will also serve as the subject matter expert on Federally Qualified Health Clinics (FQHC) and Rural Health Clinics (RHC) in relation to payment reimbursement. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
