The Administrative Assistant 3 provides administrative and office support activities to multiple team members of the Planning and Programming (P&P) and Project Management Departments (DPM) for the Arizona Army National Guard (AZNG) Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO). Responsibilities include managing appointments, meeting and event arrangements, filing, correspondence, meeting minutes, and document formatting and processing. Admin 3 may also process and track payments of leases and prepare supply orders as needed.
Actively participates in promoting a continuous improvement of workplace culture, using teamwork, root cause problem solving, standard operating procedures, and review of performance metrics. |
Program Specialist

Perform as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Instructor by assisting full-time staff in conducting classes and presentations regarding the Public Assistance (PA) program. Perform a wide variety of engineering functions to estimate work and costs involving damaged or destroyed property/facilities due to natural or man-caused disasters. Perform preliminary assessments of disaster related damage to public infrastructure for determination if a Governor's Emergency Proclamation or Presidential Declaration is warranted. Work with Applicants to submit Public Assistance (PA) applications for State and federally declared events. Perform closeout of Projects and Applicants. Personally, prepares for any time (24/7) response and no-notice recall to the State or Alternate Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) and / or Joint Field Office (JFO) during disaster or exercise activations. Trains for specific SEOC positions and performs duties as assigned through internal agency policy. |
CRIMINAL RECORDS SPECIALIST

The Arizona Department of Public Safety is seeking motivated individuals for our Criminal Records Specialist positions who are responsible for performing skilled data entry, file searches, maintenance and retrieval of criminal justice reports, records and other related materials. Performs complex record keeping, filing duties, compilation of statistics and general clerical work. Information retrieved and released must be accurate and released only to authorized personnel.
