It takes an important person to be a Case Manager/Child Safety Specialist. This position requires a specific set of skills and personal traits as you work with children, families, state agencies and the courts for case planning. As quickly as possible, we want children to find safe, loving forever families, caregivers who can provide stability and permanency. We have office locations throughout the Tucson area.
CALL CENTER SPECIALIST-CHILD ABUSE AND NEGLECT HOTLINE	PHOENIX
As a Hotline Specialist you are responsible for answering incoming calls to the Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline by individuals expressing concerns about the welfare of children living in Arizona. This position provides a valuable role in child protection without having to manage cases. There are set work hours with various schedules including 2nd and 3rd shift. Our office has easy access from expressway, bus and light rail routes.
