The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is looking for an administrative professional to fill the Administrative Services Officer position. This position provides assistance and support to staff, complex business offices and agency programs. Ensures the proper and accurate processing of transactions including Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and/or the Inmate Trust Accounts. Also prepares, examines, and analyzes accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance with the State of Arizona Accounting Manual (SAAM), Agency policy, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), or other specific accounting requirements. |

REFRIGERATION MECHANIC

| Under the supervision of a Physical Plant Supervisor, the Refrigeration Mechanic installs, maintains, and repairs the heating, air-conditioning, and ventilation equipment for facilities under the care of the Arizona Army National Guard in the Central region, which include the areas of Phoenix, Buckeye, and Florence. Position will occasionally utilize and supervise inmate labor to assist in maintenance and service functions. May also be required to transport inmates to and from different job sites. |

CUSTODIAL WORKER II

| Under general supervision, the Custodial Worker II provides basic janitorial and/or minor maintenance services in various administrative, maintenance, or other DEMA operated government facilities. Cleans hard surfaced floors (including stripping, finishing/refinishing) walls, and carpeting; assists in inventorying, ordering and distributing job related supplies; changes bulbs, tubes, ballasts, and A/C filters; and may assist in general grounds keeping functions and assists in training new team members. May work with or supervise DOC minimum-security inmates. |

| This Electrician position is responsible for a variety of tasks, requiring highly skilled abilities in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical wiring systems, appliances, equipment and controls for the Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) at Papago Park Military Reservation (PPMR) and outlying readiness centers. The position will also be required to perform repair and modification work on specialized electronic/electrical systems, on new and existing energy controls, and building/ HVAC equipment as to meet the needs of the agency statewide. Responds to emergencies and periodically provides call back response to the facilities after-hours/emergency help desk and oversees repair work as necessary; irregular hours may be necessary. |
