RHT Program Accountant 4 REMOTE OPTIONS, PHOENIX
Under the supervision of the RHT Program Fiscal Manager, the Accountant IV performs senior-level federal grant accounting, fiscal reconciliation, financial reporting, and subr ecipient monitoring for the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). This position ensures all expenditures comply with federal cost principles (2 CFR Part 200), the HHS Grants Policy Statement, and State of Arizona financial policies, including the State Accounting Manual (SAAM).The Accountant IV maintains audit-ready documentation, processes and validates sub recipient invoices, initiates payments in AZ360, and supports the preparation of required federal financial reports (FFRs), FFATA submissions, and Single Audit documentation. The position plays a central role in ensuring financial integrity, accuracy, and compliance of complex multi-year, multi-component grant activities. EXERCISE COORDINATOR PHOENIX
This position, the State Exercise Program Coordinator, interacts with all state agencies, fifteen counties and their municipalities, non-governmental organizations, federal, tribal and private sector to design, develop, conduct and evaluate exercises statewide. This all-hazards approach includes all types of scenarios including Wildland Fires and Terrorism. Authorized to establish and coordinate policies and procedures and update the development of the exercise programs by use of internal and external databases/portals. Assigned to the State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) Planning Section or other Emergency Operations Center (EOC) position as required during exercises or activations. Personally prepares for anytime (24/7) response and no-notice recalls to the State or Alternate Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) and/or Joint Field Office (JFO) during disaster or exercise activations. Trains for specific SEOC positions and performs duties as assigned through internal agency policy.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) is seeking an experienced professional to serve as our Traffic Operations Supervisor. Under general supervision, supervises the operations of the Highway Patrol Traffic Operations Center (HPTOC) and performs such functions as the supervision of professional staff personnel; administration of daily operations of the HPTOC; and researching/investigating and recommending changes to the HPTOC policies, procedures, and practices. Analyzes situations quickly and responds with appropriate action. Performs related duties as assigned to include working with State Troopers, Operational Communications, Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) personnel, and other public and highway safety entities. Monitors and manages traffic conditions and assists with the management of traffic incidents. Performs administrative and training functions.
