| Under the guidance of the Real Estate Division's Sales and Commercial Leasing Section Manager, the Legal Assistant - Project Specialist prepares a variety of legal documents, including lease instruments, certificate of purchase contracts, patent deeds, and section reports. The incumbent will also assist with processing low to mid-level complex files related to land sales and commercial leases, including recommendations relative to land disposition alternatives, and the specific elements of each disposition. The land disposition projects will have the highest priority, visibility and revenue potential for the Land Trust. |

| We are currently looking for an individual to join our Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health (ADOSH) team, which is tasked with conducting scheduled visits and on-site training for employers throughout Arizona. By working with employers collaboratively, we build a relationship where questions can be asked without fear.
The position is responsible for planning, organizing, scheduling and completing ADOSH consultation visits at the request of any employer within the Division’s jurisdiction. During the visit the Consultant will conduct a walk around inspection to gain knowledge of the hazards within the workplace and interview employees to determine the degree of management involvement with the hazards noted. The visit requires an opening conference, walk around, inspection and closing conference as would be part of the ADOSH compliance inspection. Lastly, review of employer’s safety and health programs and recommended upgrades according to the most recent OSHA standard. |

| This Behavioral Health Technician 2 will work under the direction and general supervision of a registered nurse while assisting patients according to individual treatment plans and unit policy. This role ensures a therapeutic team approach in the care and treatment of psychiatric patients, and serves as a liaison between nursing and clinical services in carrying out prescribed patient treatment plans. The individual in this role will provide assistance as requested while maintaining unit security along with conducting searches of patients and/or units for contraband. This role will account for objects on the unit which could present a danger to patient and others on unit. The BHT 2 will maintain secured areas and will also utilize NVCI techniques, physically restrains aggressive and/or violent patients.
The individual in this role will contribute as an active member of interdisciplinary team and will confer with staff of the various disciplines of ongoing treatment of patients. This role discusses the concerns expressed by patients by listening, offers suggestions, and helping patients with perception, self-realization and orientation, in accordance with programs goals, objectives and treatment plan goals.
This role offers rotating schedules to include any day of the week to meet the needs of the hospital and its patients. This position offers weekend differential, and shift differential, and has guaranteed shifts. |
