The Arizona Department of Corrections Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking a driven leader to join our team as Associate Deputy Warden. Under the direction of the Unit Deputy Warden, the incumbent will provide leadership and supervision of unit activities and is responsible for the safety and security of staff and inmates. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and developing diverse groups of staff, progressive administrative experience in managing inmate populations at various custody levels, monitoring and directing unit operations, security, and inmate programming. They will assist the Deputy Wardens in applying ADCRR’s vision using modern correctional practices. |
