The Department of Economic Security is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Duplicating Equipment Operator Senior for the Division Business Services (DBS), Operations Support Services (OSS). This position is responsible for the accurate and timely operation of two 4-color high-speed digital printers and two black and white print on demand printers, handling various digital media. This position will maintain high volume print jobs for the Department of Economic Security (DES) and the Department of Child Safety (DCS), prioritize projects, instruct team members on setup and equipment usage, and ensure quality control. The role also requires collaboration with ProcureAZ, the DES office of Procurement, and vendors to obtain necessary supplies. The position utilizes software such as Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and Fiery Server, and involves correspondence with customers and the Graphics and Design unit. Services provided include high quality printing for manuals, flyers, forms, brochures, and more. A medical/physical evaluation is required before an appointment, and candidate must pass a post-offer physical exam. This position is 100% in an on-site setting.
