Compliance Officer Supervisor PHOENIX
Performs work corresponding to the activities within the Division of Public Health Licensing Services, Bureau of Assisted Living Facilities Licensing. Assists with or determines the issuing of licenses to licensed facilities and providers, maintaining current licenses by ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Assists with or conducts initial and annual recertification/compliance inspections of health care institutions regulated by the Department to determine compliance with all applicable regulations. Oversee and/or review of quality systems by tracking documents, corrective actions, and other quality data. Assists with or conducts advanced level investigations of the operation of a licensed facility or provider upon receiving a complaint or of an unlicensed facility. Performing services that need regulation. Corresponds with the regulated community or with regulatory bodies, responds to technical questions from licensees, develops standards, participates in rulemaking. Performs, assists or reviews detailed investigative or inspection reports, statements of deficiencies, and correspondence regarding changes in the status of a licensee’s license, or other types of legal orders. Schedule and/or ensure inspections are performed according to regulatory timeframes. Participates in and/or leads staff, advisory committee, and/or stakeholder organization meetings. Provides technical assistance to providers and consumers. Requests/analyzes/oversees/responds to feedback from clients on services. Develops standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, and other performance-related metrics. Oversees training program for new employees. Generates training materials and gives presentations to internal/external stakeholders as assigned. Supervises, directs, and provides advice and guidance to lower-level worker.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety is seeking an experienced professional for the Aircraft Technician Supervisor position which is responsible for field and shop repair and maintenance of rotary and fixed-wing aircraft to ensure continued airworthiness. Repairs, overhauls, inspects, maintains, and cleans rotary and fixed-wing aircraft. Performs related work as required. Supervises Aircraft Technicians and the Aviation Maintenance Assistant, inspects work performed and returns rotary and fixed-wing aircraft to service. The duties and responsibilities of this class are governed by established maintenance schedules, limitations of shop and field maintenance facilities, and Federal Aviation Administration regulations. This recruitment will be used to establish a state-wide 18-month eligibility list to fill current and future vacancies over the life of the list.
