PROGRAM SPECIALIST (PBCA)	REMOTE OPTIONS, PHOENIX
This position reports directly to the Performance Based Contract Administrator (PBCA) - Program Manager. The Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) performs PBCA and Section 811 PRA (811PRA) Contract Administration for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the state of Arizona. This position supports the PBCA team with completion of their duties in a HUD and ADOH compliant manner. This position requires some overnight travel within Arizona (with use of agency fleet vehicles) and could include very limited out-of-state travel. Other duties as assigned. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, in Arizona, to include in-office hoteling, based on the department’s business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 3	REMOTE OPTIONS, PHOENIX
This position reports directly to the Compliance Program Manager. This position provides a variety of organizational and administrative support for the Compliance Manager and Compliance team members. The position will assist with compliance related activities for Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF), and State Housing Trust Fund (SHTF), Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) properties maintained and monitored by the Department. This position consists of minimal travel in Arizona. Other duties as assigned. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, in Arizona, to include in-office hoteling, based on the department’s business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
