The Arizona Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS) is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Technical Support Administrator. Located in Phoenix, AZ, PSPRS manages three retirement plans and serves active and retired public safety and correctional facility personnel, judges and elected officials.
Reporting to the Technical Support Supervisor, this position is responsible for the maintenance and support of the PSPRS end user computing environment, MFPs, network, and server infrastructure. Processes, documents, and coordinates resolution of trouble calls leveraging the Agency’s incident management system. Categorizes, isolates, and resolves hardware and software problem issues. Performs onboarding and offboarding of users. Implements software patches, security fixes, and tests and validates modified IT system configurations. Ensures compliance with standards for IT systems software and documentation. Produces technical and end user documentation and training materials. |

The Arizona Department of Public Safety is seeking an experienced and dedicated Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating the Employee Assistance Program, which provides a variety of referral services and assistance to Department employees and their families. The EAP Coordinator will have administrative oversight over maintaining a cadre of resources for service in the areas of peer support, individual counseling, trauma survival programs including critical incident stress management (CISM), family issues, alcohol and substance abuse, domestic violence, victim assistance, mental health services, financial counseling referrals, disabled officers support network, support mobilization during crisis event, long-term support coordination and coordination of training related to all services identified. This position oversees the collating and mailing of the weekly Fee for Service remittance advices; answers inbound Call Center phone calls to assist providers; processes refunds and returned checks; reconciliation of OIG's settlement recoveries, deposits, refunds and transfers; monitors the tribal rate code summary report and the health plan's payment reports; enters encumbrances and invoices into AZ360 for timely payment processing; and identifies invalid provider's legal names and addresses for OIG's Provider Registration Unit to research and correct. |
