| The Director of Fiscal Operations reports directly to the CFO/COO for First Things First and supports supervising staff responsible for financial reporting, the annual financial audit, procurement, accounting, grant reporting, agency budgeting, payroll, travel, fleet and facilities. The position must interface with State Agencies, Human Resources and multiple accounting systems. The work of the Fiscal Operations Director requires a high degree of technical knowledge, competency and financial accuracy. The position requires substantial effort to establish effective working relationships with a diverse group of individuals within and outside the agency. |
