| he Senior Service Desk Analyst reports directly to the Application Support Supervisor and handles Tier II and some Tier Ill Service Desk Requests and Incidents tickets. This role provides detailed troubleshooting and documentation for any reported issues found or reported to the Team. The position is also works within the Application Support Team assisting the current Help Desk, Tier I Support, managing day to day support issues, and resolves complex incidents and problems. This position responds promptly to customer needs and takes a customer-centric approach to problem solving.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

| The Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections (ADJC) comprises various professionals located throughout the state in our central office, secure care facility, and regional community corrections offices. The ADJC, along with its dedicated professionals, are responsible for young people who are committed to its jurisdiction by county juvenile courts, as well as the administration of the Interstate Commission for Juveniles. Our agency is committed to promoting public safety by providing effective evidence-based rehabilitation for young people with multiple needs, including mental health and medical care. This includes providing developmentally appropriate treatment, pro-social activities, and education and career training. Through collaboration with various partners, we ensure continuity of these services for young people as they transition back to their communities. The ADJC monitors the various outcomes and impacts of these services, including reductions in recidivism. The Department of Economic Security is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Analyst 1. This position is responsible for all forecasting, analysis, Federal reporting, and monitoring of assigned programs, which includes preparing a variety of fiscal and operating reports that may involve detailed analysis of financial outlooks, spending trends, staffing levels, and other comprehensive analyses; identifying, researching, and analyzing possible impacts of proposed legislation and funding modification; and preparing formal bill analyses, as well as cost-benefit and break-even analyses. Additionally, this position provides financial expertise to Department and programmatic leadership, and external partners, such as the Governor's Office of Strategic Planning and Budgeting (OSPB) and the Joint Legislative Budget Committee (JLBC) on financial budget matters pertaining to assigned programs, including budget, cash management, reconciliation, compliance with state and federal regulations, federal reports, forecasts, and monitoring for assigned programs.
This position may be available for remote work within Arizona (two days per week in office/hoteling).
