We are seeking a highly resourceful and strategic leader to guide a team responsible for establishing reimbursement rates for Arizona Medicaid providers. This role requires a confident decision‑maker capable of developing defensible rate‑setting methodologies across diverse healthcare provider types. The ideal candidate is creative, intuitive, and innovative in shaping reimbursement policy, and able to effectively communicate and defend decisions to healthcare providers, the state legislature, and federal agencies. As the Financial Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for development and maintenance of AHCCCS FFS fee schedule payment rates and related fiscal impact analyses for all provider types, and supervision of at least three professional level employees performing rate-setting functions. |
