Responsibilities include preparing; journal entries for payments, deposits (revenue or reimbursements on expenditures), reclassifying expenditures or revenues between funding sources; monitoring and tracking financial information; administering support functions for all aspects of employee travel; maintaining accurate records and files, and resolving problems occurring within the assignment. Supervision is received from a Financial Services Supervisor, an Administrative Services Officer, or Financial Services Manager. This is a competitive classification. |

What You'll Do:
This position reports to the Compliance Program Manager within the Division of Behavior Health and Housing. Performs difficult, complex and/or sensitive audits. Scope may include multidisciplinary or multi functional areas of a complex nature. Advises on the requirements, liabilities, and penalties of compliance and noncompliance. Prepares audit reports, outlines, draft and final reports. Develops audit scopes, objectives and procedures in accordance with generally-accepted auditing standards (GAAS) and government audit standards (GAS). May provide testimony at formal or informal hearings. |
