Finance Manager PHOENIX
This position serves as the primary financial liaison for assigned programs, providing comprehensive financial oversight and support under the direction of the Division Finance Manager. It works closely with program leadership and staff to ensure transparency, accuracy, and compliance in all financial activities. The role requires managing multiple budgets, monitoring expenditures and revenues, initiating fiscal transactions, preparing reports and projections, and ensuring funding availability and compliance with state and federal requirements. The position acts as a subject matter expert and key point of contact with internal finance functions such as Procurement, Accounting, and Auditing, while also supporting grant and contract oversight, audits, and budget close-outs. It regularly presents complex financial information in a clear, actionable manner, anticipates short- and long-term financial impacts, and provides solutions to complex issues. The role is highly visible, supports strategic decision-making, and may provide coverage for the Division Finance Manager as needed.
Terrestrial Wildlife Specialist 2 TUCSON
The Terrestrial Wildlife Specialist 2 primary duties include: planning, organizing, training and conducting wildlife surveys using a variety of techniques; coordinating and editing hunt recommendations; conducting biological sampling and hunter checkouts; and completing habitat evaluations. The specialist plays a lead role in coordinating, implementing, and providing instruction regarding terrestrial wildlife branch project priorities and techniques within the region, along with habitat and wildlife project implementation.

This position leads or advises accounting operations on data gathering, researching and summarizing information for internal and external stakeholders related to regulatory compliance reporting and provides support for the completion of internal or external audits and to implement new generally accepted accounting standards. This position routinely represents leadership’s position in meetings, committees and in developing integrated functional projects.
