| Reporting to the agency Deputy Director, this position will act on behalf of the Director and Deputy Director, as requested, and may include attendance at Governor's Cabinet Meetings and external meetings to speak on behalf of the agency; coordinate with the Finance & Accounting and Information Technology divisions; lead the agency's strategic planning and policy efforts; responsible for oversight, implementation and continual improvements and updates to the agency's standard work process; and oversee the agency's Statewide Measures. Other duties as assigned.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, in Arizona, to include in-office hoteling, based on the department’s business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

We are searching for someone who has hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including custom application development and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.). Experience with ServiceNow integration development using REST and/or SOAP APIs.
What You'll Do:
This position is responsible for proactively solving complex problems by evaluating, documenting, and translating business requirements into well-architected and efficient technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including designing, developing, and implementing custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform and integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. Perform rigorous unit testing and participate in integration and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions. This position has the potential to work from a Virtual Office (VO) setting or may Telecommute based on the needs of the unit and at the discretion of leadership. |
