Under the direction of the Complex Warden, the incumbent will serve as administrator of a unit within an institution. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and developing diverse groups of staff, progressive administrative experience in managing inmate populations, monitoring and directing unit operations, security, and inmate programming, and be responsible for ensuring the unit applies modern correctional practices. |
