| The Arizona Department of Corrections Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking a driven leader to join our team as Deputy Warden of Operations. Under the direction of the Warden, the Deputy Warden of Operations monitors and oversees complex operations and serves as the acting Warden in his / her absence. The incumbent will serve as administrator of a multi-custody prison complex, which includes restrictive status housing. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and developing diverse groups of staff, progressive administrative experience in budget management, managing inmate populations, monitoring and directing unit operations, security, inmate programming, and physical plant operations. In collaboration with the Warden, the Deputy Warden of Operations is responsible for ensuring the prison applies modern correctional practices. |
