The Senior Recruitment Analyst is a dynamic talent acquisition leader within the Human Resources Development Group (HRDG), serving as a team lead and trusted partner to agency leadership. This role drives full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and selection—while ensuring compliance with ADCRR policies and state and federal regulations. Recruiting across skilled trades, substance abuse counseling, education, IT/technical, Arizona Correctional Industries (ACI), and executive-level roles, the Senior Recruitment Analyst builds strong pipelines through colleges, military partnerships, community outreach, LinkedIn sourcing, and career fairs. This position exercises independent judgment, leads key recruitment projects, delivers exceptional customer service, and travels statewide to attract top talent that strengthens the agency’s workforce. |

| The incumbent conducts natural resource inventories to evaluate condition, health, insect and disease damage, and presence of non-native and invasive species; assists Forester with data interpretation to design strategies that meet objectives pertaining to watershed improvement, forest health, and wildfire mitigation; comprehend and implement land management objectives as prescribed by a DFFM Forester; documents progress, performance, and contractual adherence of state contractors and forestry crews to report to district staff; designates and marks trees, identifies property boundaries and assists with the treatment unit layout of projects; respond to the needs of a diverse constituency; travel for extended periods throughout the State. |
