MANUFACTURED HOUSING INSPECTOR

| Within the Office of Manufactured Housing Division of the Arizona Department of Housing, this position will enforce existing State laws and regulations mandated by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) with regard to the installation of mobile homes, manufactured homes and factory-build buildings (“FBB”). These functions support the Division’s mission to maintain standard of quality and safety for manufactured homes and FBBs, and the consumers of these products. Inspectors also mentor installation licensees and Registrar of Contractors’ licensees who perform work on site where the installation occurs as part of continuous improvement. Other duties as assigned.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, in Arizona, to include in-office hoteling, based on the department’s business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures. |

Under the direction of the Complex Warden and the Deputy Warden of Operations, the Major will serve as the Chief of Security for the prison complex. This position is a member of the administrative team and is responsible for the integrity of the security of the complex.

Under the direction of the Deputy Assistant Director, the Warden will serve as the administrator of a multi-custody and multi-unit facility. Working with a team of Deputy Wardens, the ideal candidate will have experience in leading and developing diverse groups of staff, progressive administrative experience in managing inmate populations, monitoring and directing unit operations, security, inmate programming, and be responsible for ensuring the facility applies modern correctional practices.
The successful candidate has excellent communication and critical thinking skills, uses data in the decision-making process, and has the ability to manage a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities. |

Under the direction of the Complex Warden, the Deputy Warden will serve as an administrator of a unit with 400 inmates or less within an institution. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and developing diverse groups of staff, progressive administrative experience in managing inmate populations, monitoring and directing unit operations, security, inmate programming, and be responsible for ensuring the unit applies modern correctional practices. |

AIRCRAFT TECHNICIAN - ROTARY WING

| Responsible for field and shop repair and maintenance of helicopters to ensure airworthiness. Under general direction, repairs, overhauls, inspects, maintains, cleans, and returns helicopters to service; performs related work as required. Assumes the duties and responsibilities of the Aircraft Technician Supervisor as required. The duties and responsibilities of this class are governed by established maintenance schedules, limitations of shop and field maintenance facilities, and Federal Aviation Administration regulations.
This recruitment will be used to establish an 18-month eligibility list to be used for current and future vacancies in the Phoenix area.
