The lab assistant assists students in completing lab projects and assignments. Ensures that the lab is set up and prepared with all required tools and materials for the assigned class and planned instruction. Inspects the lab and classroom area after each class to ensure proper cleanup of the facility. Coordinates the ordering, inventorying, and maintenance of lab supplies, tools, equipment. |

The Building Construction Technologies Adjunct must be able to effectively communicate and demonstrate knowledge of specific technical skills within both the lab and classroom environment to a diverse student population. The successful candidate will be responsible for the instruction of Building Technologies course(s) in Interior Construction and/or Exterior Construction and/or Structural Framing. The successful candidate may also be required to teach classes in construction materials and methods, construction technologies, mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, building information modeling, sustainable construction, energy management, and/or building commissioning. |

The Adjunct Instructor in the Aviation Maintenance Program will be serving as the primary source of instruction in the classroom or workshop on a variety of aviation maintenance subjects to a diverse student population. Must be able to effectively communicate and demonstrate knowledge of the specific technical skills required in all areas of aviation maintenance, to include general aviation subjects, airframe subjects and powerplant subjects. |
