Adjunct Instructor - Clinical Nursing LCC Downtown Campus
Adjunct (part-time) faculty in this position teach courses primarily in the clinical setting at all levels of Nursing training. Nursing adjunct faculty can also teach in labs, simulation labs, and some didactic courses. In-person teaching is required for this position; there are no remote work opportunities.
Student Employee – The Lookout Staff Reporter LCC Downtown Campus
Student employees in the Center for Student Support-Student Life Department will assist with: writing stories, taking photos and various other duties associated with The Lookout, Lansing Community College’s student newspaper.
Student Employee - Student Reader LCC Downtown Campus
Student Readers provide both direct and indirect support to students with disabilities who work with the Center for Student Access. Direct support includes reading and scribing in both classroom and testing environments. Indirect support includes the production of electronic text and other alternative materials. Assist with clerical tasks and office support as directed.
Temporary FT Lab Assistant - Automotive Technology LCC West
Lansing Community College's Technical Careers Division seeks a Temporary Full Time Lab Assistant in their Automotive Technology program. They would function as the secondary source of instruction in the Automotive Technology Lab to support instruction provided by the instructor of record. Assists students in completing lab projects by providing necessary instruction. Provides evaluation of student performance as requested by the instructor of record. Ensures that the lab/workshop is set-up and prepared with all required tools and materials for the assigned class and planned instruction. Coordinates the maintenance of supplies, tools, equipment and facilities.
FT Admin - Occupational & Environmental Safety Director LCC Downtown Campus
This position serves as one of the command staff as the Safety Officer on the college's Incident Management Team. The OESD also plays a critical role as one of the college's primary liaisons to the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services, the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs Bureau of Fire Services, and the Ingham, Eaton, and Livingston County Health Departments.
