The Director of Facilities and Capital Development reports to the Executive Director of Administrative Service and is an essential role that encompasses a broad range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation and integrity of college facilities and capital development. This position plays a key role in managing and facilitating capital development through planning, design, and construction by coordinating and directing multiple projects, including dealing with outside consultants and contractors as well as with city and state officials.

The Music Program at Lansing Community College is seeking adjunct (part-time) faculty to teach Music Technology courses. Faculty may have the opportunity to teach other courses in the Music Program. Participate in program/department meetings and divisional/college-wide committees with a focus on continual improvement of programs and learning outcomes. Participate in curriculum and course development, course and program coordination, tutoring and advising students, mentoring and reviewing peers, and College initiatives. Participate in student assessment initiatives within the program and college, and implement the determinations of those initiatives. Must demonstrate a commitment to the diversity of a multi-cultural population, as well as, work effectively in a team-based environment while seeking continuous improvement and adherence to the community college philosophy.
