| This grant-funded position represents the College for the purposes of general advising, outreach, promoting student enrollment, student retention, and management of Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs and students. The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as an Enrollment Pathway Specialist for all students, including adult education students, workforce students, academic and technical students. The Specialist will engage in recruiting efforts across all areas and take charge of retention and completion for all programs. Full time position that will provide guidance in areas of recruitment, advising, registration, and retention in CTE programs, workforce development programs, adult education programs, and traditional academic programs. |
