South Louisiana Community College (SoLACC) is seeking a highly organized and dedicated CVO Program Manager to oversee and manage the TDL programs. This role will focus on the smooth operation of the program, ensuring high standards of education, compliance with accreditation standards, and fostering strong student success. The CVO Program Manager will also collaborate with faculty, industry partners, and institutional leadership to continuously improve the program and adapt to workforce needs.

May be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, leading and moderating classroom discussions, facilitating online activities and communication. Responsible for performing student clinical evaluations. Expert in nursing practice with knowledge of professional scope and standards of practice. Able to rely on evidence-based practice guidelines to plan and accomplish teaching goals.

INTERNAL ONLY The Director of Grants Administration provides strategic oversight and compliance management for a portfolio of sponsored programs at Louisiana Delta Community College (LDCC), including but not limited to Perkins V, Adult Basic Education (ABE), and state-funded initiatives. This role ensures effective administration, reporting, and internal alignment of grant-funded programs in accordance with federal, state, and LCTCS guidelines. The Director serves as a critical liaison between program staff, finance, institutional effectiveness, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and accountability.

This position is grant funded by WIOA Title II – Adult Education Grant and administered through SOWELA Technical Community College. As a key member of the SOWELA WorkReady U Adult Education Program, the Adult Education (WorkReadyU) Instructor—Transition Coordinator is responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality instruction in Adult Basic Education (ABE) and Adult Secondary Education (ASE) to prepare eligible adult learners—including out-of-school youth age 16 and older for the high school equivalency test (GED or HiSET), postsecondary education, and workforce readiness. This position supports the mission of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title II by integrating academic instruction with digital literacy, career pathways, and employability skills to promote learner success and self-sufficiency. In addition to instructional duties, the Transition Coordinator component of the role provides individualized transition planning, academic and career advising, and resource navigation to support students as they move from adult education into higher education, training programs, or employment. The position collaborates closely with faculty, workforce partners, and college departments to ensure seamless transitions and sustained student progress toward educational and career goals.
Tutor - Math and Science	SOWELA	Lake Charles, LA
This position works with SOWELA students to help improve their technical skills and critical learning skills. This position also assists students in improving academic achievement, supports students by reviewing and clarifying learning problems, and provides useful study skills to students that need supplemental help. Other assistance might include reviewing class material, discussing text, reviewing test questions, generating ideas for papers, or working on solutions to problems.
