| The Director of K–12 Partnerships serves as the statewide strategic leader for the LCTC System K–12 ecosystem, driving partnerships, innovation, and alignment across secondary education, post-secondary pathways, and workforce development.
This role is designed as a high-impact leadership position responsible for strengthening collaboration with local school systems, charter organizations, the Louisiana Department of Education (LDOE), BESE, post-secondary institutions, and industry partners. The Director will lead the development of scalable early college opportunities, workforce-aligned pathways, and innovative education models that expand student access to high-demand careers.
In parallel, the position is intentionally structured as a leadership pipeline to build the operational, academic, and governance foundation for a future LCTC-affiliated statewide charter school network. Over time, the role will evolve into an Executive Director position overseeing charter authorization, governance, and innovative school models aligned with Louisiana’s economic priorities.
Position will report to Executive Vice President for Education Strategy and External Relations. |
