| The Dean of the Liberal Arts Division at Baton Rouge Community College provides strategic leadership that advances the mission, vision, and goals of the College. | The Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing student recruitment and outreach efforts for the college. This position manages the college’s recruitment calendar, oversees participation in recruitment events, and represents the institution at community, high school, and other outreach functions. The coordinator also plays a lead role in planning and facilitating new student orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for incoming students. Additionally, the position manages the communication features within the ConexED platform, supporting virtual engagement and streamlined communication between prospective students and college personnel. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a commitment to promoting access to higher education. |
