| Louisiana Delta Community College seeks a human resources professional to serve as the Benefits Coordinator. The Coordinator is responsible for directing and planning the day-to-day operations of group benefit programs (group health, dental, vision, disability, worker’s compensation, life insurance, flexible spending plan, and retirement). Assist employees with benefits, maintain employee data base, and provide analytical and technical support in the delivery of the benefits programs. The Benefits Coordinator is also responsible for analyzing, preparing and inputting payroll data. Additionally, the Benefits Coordinator is focused on process effectiveness and participates in continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department. |
