Adjunct Faculty: Utility Locator Instructor	South Louisiana Community College	Crowley, LA
The Instructor, Utility Locating, will teach assignments approved by the Louisiana Department of Transportation, and outlined by the Program Manager or Director, Transportation, Distribution & Logistics, and the Vice President, Economic and Workforce Development. Duties include but are not limited to delivering curriculum content via classroom/practical settings, preparing course outlines and objectives, evaluating courses offered, recruiting, and advising students, serving on college committees as assigned, and assuming responsibility for equipment and facilities; other duties may be assigned as needed. Schedules may consist of day, evening, and weekend classes.

The Corporate College Power-Lineman Instructor is responsible for providing classroom instruction and practical shop experience to prepare students for employment in a variety of jobs in the field of Power Lineman (apprentice lineman to Journeyman Lineman). Instructors are charged with preparing students wire in energized and de-energized circuits.
