Adjunct Adult Education Instructor	Louisiana Delta Community College	Tallulah, LA
The Adjunct Adult Education Instructor will provide instructional services to adults and youths who are out of school in basic skills such as reading, writing, and mathematics. Responsible for increasing the students’ educational functioning level and preparing students to obtain their high school equivalency diploma and/or industry-based credentials (IBC) to secure entry-level employment or advance in their current occupation.

Maintains individual student progress data and ensures this is a part of the student’s permanent record. Adheres to all laws pertaining to disclosure of student records. Be available to students via email, phone and/or in person conference. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks related to instruction, lab projects, and training. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Receives training or stays current in clinical training advances that promote student learning.
