| BayouSTEM is the LASTEM Region 3 STEM Center. We operate in partnership with Fletcher Technical Community College to support the STEM needs in Assumption, Lafourche, and Terrebonne parishes while collaborating with other Regional STEM Centers in the State of Louisiana. Our collective goal is to increase STEM equity and access though a “K to Gray” approach. The regional STEM centers support K-12, Technical/Community College and University STEM Pathways, community partners, and business and industry partners in improving STEM access to increase interest in STEM careers to support a STEM-skilled workforce in our region.
The Robotics Program Coordinator will support the mentoring, coaching and recruitment of the robotics competition teams and related programs under BayouSTEM, in alignment with the LASTEM Advisory Council directives and needs of the service area of LASTEM Region 3. |
