This position is responsible for entry of data into the WRU database, answering phones, performing research needed by Adult Education instructors, filing, maintaining student records. This position is responsible for TABE testing, developing reports and analyzing data based on WRU database. This position is the first point-of-contact for Adult Education students and is expected to be professional, welcoming, and provide needed assistance to students. This position may require delivery of tutoring services as indicated by the Director of Adult Education. This position will be responsible for the computer lab and provided instructional assistance to the instructors.
