| The Digital Designer (II) will be responsible for assisting the development of interactive training modules including eLearning, Simulations, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and other mixed reality platforms. Working with team members, the candidate will develop storyboards, prototypes, and establish guidelines for projects by authoring effective copy, audio, and video scripts that breakdown complex processes into engaging, interactive exercises and practice experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of learning theories, previous working experience in training development, and a design focused on heavy gamification methodology as well as a curious and investigative nature to apply new principles to training and exceed client expectations. Reports to AI and Digital Production Director.
