Full-time faculty are expected to support the institution’s mission and vision and adhere to college-wide policies and procedures. Full-Time faculty members are responsible for teaching courses as assigned. They may teach during traditional weekday hours, evenings, and/or weekends and may deliver instruction in multiple modalities, including online, hybrid, and on-site courses held at any of the College’s instructional sites, including its dual enrolment sites (high schools).
Full-time faculty are also responsible for the assessment of course and program learning outcomes for the revision and development of courses and curricula.
Full-time faculty also advise students and engage in service, professional development, and the promotion of a collegial atmosphere. Faculty report directly to the academic program manager and/or department chair within their respective departments and divisions. |

Surgical Services Faculty are responsible for teaching courses as assigned, student advising, college service, professional development and promotion of collegial atmosphere. Faculty are expected to support the institution’s mission and vision and abide by the Faculty Handbook and college-wide policies. Faculty report directly to program managers and department chairs within their respective departments and divisions.
This position will monitor students in the clinical areas, teach theory in classroom, and demonstrate clinical skills in the simulation laboratory. Additional responsibilities include assessing courses, serving on college committees, participating in extracurricular activities, community service, and professional development. Faculty may be required to teach evenings and weekends as well as on-line, dual enrollment, and service learning courses. |

This role focuses on collaborating with industry partners, developing industry-based credential (IBC) programs, and ensuring that students receive the training necessary to meet the demands of the evolving construction/Craft Skills workforce. The specialist will work closely with the Dean of Technical Education to align programs with the college’s academic and workforce goals. |
