The Corporate College Continuing Education Adjunct Instructor is responsible for providing classroom and applicable hands-on instruction for employment. The instructor would ensure that relative and up-to-date instruction would be provided to the learner. This position will be adjunct “as-needed” employment.

The Corporate College Carpentry Instructor is responsible for providing classroom instruction and practical shop experience to prepare students for employment in a variety of jobs in the field Carpentry. The instructor will teach courses related to the core skills used by carpenters in residential and commercial settings. Topics include safety, hand/power tool use, site preparation, measurement and layout, footings and foundation, construction framing, and other related topics. Upon completion, students should be able to construct, erect, install, or repair structures and fixtures made of wood, building frameworks, including partitions, joists, studding, and rafters; wood stairways, window and door frames, and hardwood floors.

The Corporate College Adjunct Marine Instructor is responsible for providing classroom instruction and practical exercises to prepare students for employment in a variety of jobs in the Maritime Field. The instructor will teach U.S. Coast Guard approved courses that will include classroom and field exercises. Courses include Basic Training, Proficiency in Survival Craft, Able Seaman, 100 Ton Master, Radar, and ARPA.
