As a member of the South Louisiana Community College Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the Vice Chancellor/President provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to advance the mission, vision, and values of the College. This role is expected to actively contribute to college-wide planning and decision-making, foster a culture of collaboration, and lead initiatives that promote student success, institutional sustainability, and community engagement. The Vice Chancellor/President serves as a trusted advisor to the Chancellor within their respective division, aligning institutional priorities with actionable the College’s Strategic Pillars, Commitments, and Objectives. ELT members are expected to lead with integrity, support the development of high-performing teams, and champion innovation in service to SoLAcc’s strategic goals and commitment to excellence. The Vice President for Economic, Workforce Development, and Continuing Education reports directly to the Chancellor and serves as the College’s Chief Workforce Officer. This role provides strategic direction and administrative leadership for all non-credit education, customized training, and continuing education programs. The Vice President is responsible for developing partnerships with business, industry, and government to ensure the College's offerings are responsive to labor market demands and regional economic development priorities. The incumbent oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs that expand access to workforce solutions, promote lifelong learning, and contribute to the economic vitality of the communities we serve and state-wide.
Assistant Director of Payroll	LCTCS	Baton Rouge, LA
The incumbent of this position provides administrative and/or support functions for the LCTCS Payroll Department and the LCTCS Centralized Payroll (Board Office and 12 member colleges) through Banner.
