Several weeks of training is given to cashier. Cashiers learn the entire process from understanding a student account, posting to the account and balancing at the end of the each day. Cashiers also remove student holds, answer questions regarding accounts, fax, shred, file, answer phone, mail, live chat and multitude of system programs (Banner, Atrium, T2 Parking System, Bank Mobile, Transact) to process payments and charges, etc. Cashiers post payments from other divisions within the college.
