The program offers customized recruitment, training, and retention solutions at no cost to eligible companies, ensuring they have qualified employees ready to contribute from day one. We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing various projects related to recruitment, training, and workforce initiatives for client companies throughout Louisiana. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while managing multiple projects to ensure successful workforce development outcomes. The ideal candidate will have extensive training experience in a manufacturing environment. The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of a client and/or partner agency's organization is a must. Solid organizational and planning skills will be required for management of multiple, concurrent programs with simultaneous development and delivery schedules.

They will understand print production process, client expectations, and brand standards to ensure quality control. They will work closely with team members to follow project templates and timelines to meet project deadlines. The Press Operator will assist with maintaining inventory to ensure supplies are available and equipment is operational. The ideal candidate will be able to check print quality, troubleshoot problems, and perform routine maintenance on equipment. They will also maintain cleanliness in the production room and work well in a team environment. Position reports to Print Production Manager.
